CrossCountry Stakeholder Survey 2022

8th February 2022

It is a crucial year for the railways, and for CrossCountry. This is not just due to the pandemic but as a result of the findings of the Williams-Shapps Review, which highlighted the urgent need for us to become a more customer-centric and accessible industry.

At CrossCountry, our stakeholders have always played a vital role in shaping our business and I am keen that we maintain and strengthen these relationships further.

That’s why we are introducing an annual stakeholder survey. Understanding your perceptions of us as a business and your ambition for the continued development and improvement of your rail service, is critical to our success. This is particularly important in a post-pandemic context, where changes to demand for rail may make significant new investment more difficult to justify in the short to medium term.

We have therefore commissioned an independent research organisation, Jungle Green Ltd, to conduct our annual online Stakeholder Sentiment Survey. The research involves a short questionnaire about what you believe we are doing well and where we can improve in the way we work with our stakeholders and operate our services. The survey also allows you to share your views on important topics including the future fleet, customer proposition, and maximising our positive impact on the communities we serve.

Your feedback will help shape how we develop our stakeholder relationships in the future, as we continually seek to improve our service in every respect.

Please click on the link below to take you through to the survey (Jungle Green’s secure webhost facility). This should take no more than 10 to 12 minutes of your time..

I hope that you will be able to help us. Your contribution would be greatly valued and will shape CrossCountry in the future.
